Why I run this alongside my QA career

I run aimEncoders alongside my full-time role as an SQA Lead. That is deliberate, not a limitation — it keeps me hands-on with modern stacks and it means every project we deliver gets the same quality scrutiny I apply to enterprise software during the day. Projects are scoped honestly around what my team and I can deliver properly, and I would rather turn down work than ship something I would have rejected as a tester.
